Erika Suits

Erika Suits M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist who graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology. She additionally obtained a minor and certificate in Gerontology. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and holds licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Erika has worked with children of all ages targeting articulation, fluency, receptive and expressive language, pragmatic language/social skills training, and augmentative and alternative methods of communication. She has assessed and treated individuals with a variety of diagnoses including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Speech and Language Impairment, Intellectual Disabilities, and Traumatic Brain Injury. Additionally, she has completed the training for PEERS Certified School-Based, a program targeting social skills treatment.
Since moving to D.C. in 2019, Erika has enjoyed exploring museums, cooking, or finding new restaurants. Erika is committed to providing high quality speech and language services and helping to cultivate an inclusive environment for all.
